How can I order from Zyora?
Visit the Zyora website, select the dolls or children’s products you want to buy, then add them to your shopping cart.
When you finish shopping, proceed to checkout.
If you are a registered customer, you can log in.
If you are a new user, you can complete the purchase as a guest without creating an account by entering your email address and shipping details.
Choose the shipping method.
If you entered an incorrect address or the address was auto-filled incorrectly, simply reply to the confirmation email. Once verified, if the provided address is wrong, please inform us via email. We can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
Please note that no refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the incorrect submission.

Then choose the payment method to complete your purchase.

I received only part of my order, where is the rest?
We ship from different warehouses using various shipping companies, so part of your order may arrive earlier than the rest. Sometimes, some packages may face shipping delays while others do not.
If you want to know the status of your orders, please email us with your name and order number.

How can I search for products on Zyora?
You can use the search bar and enter the product name.

Will my order arrive before __________?
If you plan to give any product as a gift or special occasion present, we do not recommend purchasing items during the month of the holiday. There is a risk that the product may not arrive on time.
We are not responsible for products that do not arrive before the specified dates.

I don’t like my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. You must cover the shipping cost, and once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving the refund.
